Know Bollywoods loved music composer Sandeep Patil aka Sandman

Started with music from a very young age; composed and recorded his first album at 16, Sandeep loved his musical instruments creating some magic with his art.

 

 

Sandeep Patil aka Sandman has been delivering some beautiful music to the entertainment industry and thus, today, he is one of the most loved music composers of not only the Bollywood industry but also advertising arena. Totally a creative freak, Sandeep started making his name in the industry steadily with his crafty music and thus reaching the nominations of Cannes.

Having worked on films like A Wednesday, Jab We Met and Golmaal: Fun Unlimited; he moved into the webspace with Fittrat, Batmeez Dil and Broken But Beautiful. Creating advertisements for some top and people’s favourite brands, his tracks became a overall hit.

Speaking about his journey so far, Sandeep tells us, “My life`s journey, spanning from leading the school choir to receiving guidance from Kalyan ji & Anand ji to acquire a Casio keyboard as a child, progressing through assisting Sanjoy Chowdhury, and honing my musical skills, culminated in directing the music for our debut film starring Salman Khan and crafting the sensational track ‘Mila toh Marega’ in RGV`s ‘Rakht Charitra.’ It serves as a testament to the idea that unwavering dedication to one`s passion, hard work, innovation, and determination inevitably lead to success.”

Sharing a highlighted moment of his career, Sandman sums up, “One of my proudest moments, a couple of months ago, was the nomination of my musical work at the illustrious Cannes Film Festival. The recognition on such an international and prestigious platform was a deeply gratifying experience.”
